Helly is a drummer and composer from Venice, champion of the worldwide Hit Like a Girl Contest 2017 and many nationals drum contests; she performed at Pasic in Indianaplis, at Drum Channel, Musicians Institute in Los Angeles and in the most renowned italian drum festivals: Drummer Weekend and La lunga notte della batteria the hystoric drum italian event.

Helly is also the name given to her solo project: a mix between electronic music and drums.
Born in 1994, she started drumming at the age of 6 and, when she was 14, began studying with renowned Italian drummer/teacher Sergio Pescara. By the time she was 15 she was already playing in pubs and clubs with tribute bands and original projects, and had the opportunity to travel to several European countries.
Helly was hired in the recording of The Heisenberg Diaries-Book A, a sci-fi/progressive rock/metal opera created by Douglas Docker and the metal band Docker’s Guild. This project featured a cast of major international artists including Nita Strauss, Amanda Somerville, Elize Ryd, and others.
Today, as she continues to tour, record and teach, Helly also remains committed to improving her drumming and musicianship.
